Conduct meaningful digital and traditional interactions with prospective students, alumni, parents, and friends
Reach out in an effort to recruit students or engage donors to donate, verify their information, and share institutional updates
Contact prospects using text, video, or phone
Conduct themselves as a professional representative of their school
Accurately enter data into our computer system
Complete a set number of shifts each week/month
Meet or exceed goals as outlined by the Engagement Center Manager and Director
Qualification
Required
Strong command of English (both verbal and written)
Ability to follow a script when reaching out to prospects
Pass new hire and compliance trainings
