The successful candidate will assist in the planning and implementation for an after school Primary Program for children ages 2.9 to 6 years, working collaboratively with staff and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and implementation for an after school Primary Program for children ages 2.9 to 6 years
Work with assistants, interns, and contractual employees
Recommend materials and supplies as needed
Assist in the preparation of daily reports to families
Act in the lead role during the teachers absence
Attend monthly staff meetings
Participate in seminars and training sessions as assigned
Maintain timely and accurate work records
Qualification
Required
Must have good knowledge of principles and practices of early childhood education and development
Candidate should hold a current CDA or
Completion of 12 ECE credits is required within the first year of employment
Associates degree in education, early childhood development or related field with 1 year experience; or, any combination of education and/or experience required
Successful completion of the Town of Windsor's pre-employment background and drug screen – including testing for marijuana
