Start in 2026 SummerRanda Apparel & Accessories is a global powerhouse in the apparel and lifestyle accessories industry, seeking a Merchandising Intern for a specialized 10-week program. The intern will assist the Design & Merchandising teams, collaborate on product development, and engage in various merchandising responsibilities to gain hands-on experience in retail and wholesale businesses.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to develop the seasonal product line that addresses customer needs and specific brand visions
Reviewing selling reports and shopping the competitive retail landscape to identify white space opportunities and bring new product ideas to fruition
Assisting with/ line sheet and sample preparation for customer and licensor meetings
Entering specs into our Product Lifestyle Management (PLM) System to keep track of samples, costing, and adoption of new styles
Checking in and organizing development samples from the factories
Working with/ International suppliers directly through daily email communication
Qualification
Required
Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Marketing/Business Majors a plus
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
Must be available to work on-site, Monday through Friday
Able to commit to the full duration of the internship program (10 weeks)
Thrives in collaborative settings and understands the value of cross-functional alignment
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
Looking to gain hands-on experience
