Responsibilities

Properly store and distribute materials in designated areas, ensuring optimal organization and accessibility, (ie. KANBAN, Stockroom)
Prepare and package materials for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping standards
Ensure all production and inventory-related system transactions are completed in a timely manner
Assist Materials team in providing Kanban component fulfilment and cycle count processes
Provide work order support to meet production schedules and assist in production prioritization
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill production needs and respond to material requests
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Required

High School Diploma, AA preferred
At least 4 years' experience related to purchasing in a manufacturing and engineering environment
The ability to problem-solve and influence others through both data and strong relationships
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office

Preferred

Experience with ERP/MRP/LEAN systems preferred
