Collaborate with governance, infra, and DevOps teams to ensure secure deployment
Mentor engineers and guide best practices across teams
Qualification
Required
6+ years in backend or ML engineering (3+ focused on NLP or LLMs)
Deep experience with Python and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
Understanding of embeddings, model fine-tuning, prompt engineering
Experience leading AI feature development in complex cloud environments
Comfortable presenting to peers, architects, and security/risk teams
