Responsibilities

Conduct meaningful digital and traditional interactions with alumni, parents, and friends as Engagement Ambassadors
Reach out in an effort to engage donors to donate, verify their information, and share institutional updates
Demonstrate a strong command of English (both verbal and written)
Complete new hire and compliance training
Follow a script when reaching out to prospects
Complete a set number of work shifts each week/month
Contact prospects using a variety of RNL platforms - text, video, or phone
Accurately enter data into a computer system and meet or exceed goals as outlined by the Engagement Center Manager

Qualification

Required

Strong command of English (both verbal and written)
Complete new hire and compliance training
Ability to follow a script when reaching out to prospects
Complete a set number of work shifts each week/month
Accurately enter data into a computer system
Meet or exceed goals as outlined by the Engagement Center Manager
Minimum of 3 shifts per week (10.5 hours/week commitment)
