Responsibilities
Assess clients' behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social functioning
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client progress and outcomes
Facilitate therapy sessions (individual, family, and group) in a structured and supportive setting
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Clinical Record (ECR)
Assist with utilization review and discharge/aftercare planning
Support curriculum development, clinical training, and continuous improvement efforts
Uphold a safe, therapeutic environment and respond to crises appropriately
Complete required trainings and perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, social work, psychology) with licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or certification (CAADC), or eligibility to obtain
Bachelor's Degree in a related field with CADC, or eligibility to obtain
Associate's Degree in a related field with CAAC, or eligibility to obtain
High School Diploma with CAAC
