Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain full stack web applications that enable automation, streamline workflows, and extend AI capabilities across internal teams
Develop secure, high-performance APIs and services that connect data systems, AI models, and business applications into a cohesive, scalable ecosystem
Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for internal products that empower non-technical users to harness AI tools and insights
Collaborate with AI Operations and Data Solutions stakeholders to translate strategic goals into technical requirements, prototypes, and production-ready solutions
Rapidly prototype and iterate on new applications and features, experimenting with AI integrations and automation concepts to drive measurable business impact
Implement engineering best practices for performance optimization, maintainability, and data security across all deployed systems
Document system architecture, workflows, and development processes to support transparency, knowledge sharing, and scalability
Partner with a broader team of data engineers and analysts to ensure shared ownership of systems, clear priorities, and strong technical support
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional experience as a full stack engineer, with a proven track record of building and scaling production-grade applications
Proficient in modern front-end and back-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, Node.js, and Python (FastAPI, Flask)
Experience in cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Vercel
Passionate about building AI-driven products and automation systems that transform how teams operate and make decisions
Adept at working across technical and business functions, balancing rapid prototyping with long-term architecture planning
Thinks beyond code to design systems and experiences that are scalable, maintainable, and valuable to end users
Thrives in fast-moving environments, comfortable testing new ideas quickly while maintaining high standards for quality and reliability
Values transparency and clarity, creating documentation that helps others build on your work with confidence
