The successful candidate will lead the company's North American commercial strategy, drive market expansion, and cultivate strategic partnerships to achieve sustained growth.

Shape Commercial Strategy: Design and implement a North American sales strategy aligned with global objectives and long-term growth goals
Accelerate Market Expansion: Identify emerging trends, unmet needs, and high-value opportunities to drive sustained, double-digit growth
Lead with Innovation: Leverage the company’s robust R&D platform — including multiple global patents — to position its science-backed ingredient and formulation capabilities as category leaders
Deepen Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with key accounts and position the company as the preferred innovation partner for leading brands
Drive Execution: Expand strategic accounts, optimize customer segmentation, and lead solution-based selling that delivers measurable commercial impact
Collaborate Globally: Partner cross-functionally with international R&D, marketing, and operations teams to deliver differentiated health and wellness solutions
Qualification
Required
Must be able to secure new customers, build pipelines, and convert opportunities into scalable revenue streams
Develop structured go-to-market strategies; own pricing, partnerships, and overall commercial execution
Identify, develop, and manage large strategic accounts — primarily within the U.S. market, with added value from global deal experience
Negotiate complex, multi-stakeholder agreements through regional entry points; align cross-functional teams across R&D, manufacturing, and compliance
Fluent understanding of ingredients, supplements, and health-focused CPG sectors
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, formulation science, and innovation cycles
Proven success in both branded ingredient sales and CMO/turnkey solution models
Begin as an individual contributor while building and mentoring a high-performing commercial team
Scale the organizational structure and talent base in tandem with revenue growth
Thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and globally integrated organization
Effectively navigate cross-cultural collaboration and communicate with clarity, confidence, and diplomacy
Strong commercial acumen with a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in evolving markets
High potential for advancement into broader regional or global leadership roles
