AgileMD is building advanced real-time predictive analytics and clinical algorithms for hospitals. They are seeking an EHR Applications Analyst with deep Epic expertise to bridge clinicians and IT teams, design workflows, and support integrations to enhance clinical impact.

Responsibilities

Lead Epic build, workflow design, integration, and testing
Translate clinical and product requirements into Epic workflows
Support go-lives, upgrades, and ongoing optimization
Partner with product teams on our Epic integration roadmap

Qualification

Required

5+ years of Epic analyst or builder experience (health system or consulting)
Deep knowledge of provider documentation and ordering workflows
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and testing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinical staff, operations, leadership, and technical teams
Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines, including participation in an on-call rotation for go-lives and urgent issues

Preferred

Epic certification in one or more clinical modules strongly preferred (ASAP, Clin Doc, Orders, Ambulatory)
Familiarity with additional Epic modules such as Beaker, Bridges, Chronicles, OpTime, Radar, or Grand Central
Experience supporting Epic integration with third-party platforms, ideally in clinical decision support or predictive analytics
