Head of Strategy Operations
Mood is a category-defining omni-channel hemp brand offering a full product suite across DTC online and retail partners. The Head of Strategy Operations will lead efforts to identify and solve barriers to growth, partnering with the CEO and senior leadership to drive alignment and operational excellence across the business.

Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to define and operationalize strategic priorities across business functions
Lead short- and long-term planning in partnership with Finance, establishing measurable goals and tracking progress
Launch and scale new business initiatives, define their structure, and transition ownership to long-term teams
Identify performance bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to accelerate growth
Use analysis and modeling in partnership with the Data and Analytics team to inform strategic decisions
Collaborate closely with teams across Mood to align priorities and drive accountability
Qualification
Required
Has five to seven years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations, ideally a combination of both
Has worked in high-growth, fast-paced environments such as e-commerce, CPG, or technology
Is highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple complex initiatives at once
Communicates clearly and effectively across teams and levels
Is both data-driven and creative, able to merge analytical insight with strong intuition
Has high emotional intelligence and can influence outcomes through empathy and collaboration
Brings a first-principles, problem-solving mindset and an authentic desire to build something lasting
