Responsibilities
Lead annual and quarterly planning processes for Global Comms; translate enterprise priorities into actionable team goals, success measures, and workstreams
Partner with Comms LT to define and evolve the operating model and capabilities needed to deliver on our mission
Work closely with the comms LT and functional partners to ensure communications priorities and resources are aligned with company strategy
Support the Director Global Comms and leadership team in developing materials for eLT discussions, strategic offsites, and enterprise communications forums
Define KPIs and dashboards to track progress against strategic goals and team effectiveness
Help articulate the “why” behind our strategies — turning complexity into clear, compelling storytelling for internal audiences
Lead or support enterprise-level initiatives such as org design, leadership communications planning, or cross-functional collaboration efforts
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in strategy, communications, or business operations — ideally within a large, matrixed global organization
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills — able to simplify complexity, identify patterns, and connect dots across functions
Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to craft clear, persuasive narratives for executive audiences
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive alignment among senior stakeholders
Experience in consulting, comms strategy, or business planning is critical
A bias for clarity, structure, and impact — and a collaborative, low-ego approach to work
