Ability to converse with the model on lab scenarios and theoretical microbiology questions
Ability to verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
Ability to capture reproducible error traces
Ability to suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Clear, metacognitive communication skills
