Assist in Open Enrollment Preparation & Communication

Create tools to learn of employee experience, for those utilizing employment benefits

Testing User Experience for Ease of Accessibility

Participate in New Benefit Vendor Meetings

Escalating issues as appropriate

Rotate between Benefits and Retirement team to assist with ad hoc tasks
