Responsibilities

Ongoing evaluation, benchmarking and characterization of Apple camera products

Qualification

Image quality metricsCamera ISP pipelineMatlab programmingPython programmingOptical lab experienceDeep learningCamera components knowledgeCMOS image sensor technologyBench testing experienceCollaboration skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

BS in EE, Optics, Color Science, Physics or equivalent
Image quality and optical lab experience
Matlab and Python programming skills
Experience with bench or tester automation of data acquisition

Preferred

MS/PhD in EE, Optics, Color Science, Physics or equivalent
3+ years of relevant industry experience
Deep understanding of image quality metrics and evaluation methodology
Experience with deep learning for image segmentation, object recognition and abnormal detection
Familiarity with camera components and functions
Understanding of camera ISP pipeline and 3A
Knowledge of megapixel CMOS image sensor technology, lens selection and qualification
Experience with objective camera bench testing and subjective image quality analysis
