Responsibilities

You will develop strategic roadmaps for RPA, Microsoft 365, and ServiceNow that align with business goals and emerging technologies like AI

You will ensure platform reliability through proactive monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement

You will lead cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation and adopt industry best practices

You will cultivate strong partnerships with business units, IT, and vendors to enhance automation and service delivery

You will analyze technology trends and collaborate with stakeholders to integrate advanced solutions like Gen AI and agentic AI

You will oversee the design, implementation, and support of technologies that enable digital transformation

You will govern platform policies and monitor key metrics to mitigate risks and improve performance

Required

Completion of a bachelor's degree

10-12 years' experience in a technology related field or 15+ years equivalent experience with increasing levels of responsibility

Strategic planning and roadmap development for enterprise platforms

Product management and ownership across multiple technology domains

Deep understanding of automation (RPA), digital workplace (Microsoft 365), and/or service management (ServiceNow) platforms

Experience applying artificial intelligence (Gen AI, agentic AI) to business processes

Advanced collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills

Vendor management and strategic partnership development

Governance, risk management, and compliance expertise

Budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation

Talent development, mentoring, and team leadership

Change management and organizational transformation

Data-driven decision making and analytics

Process improvement and operational excellence

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including executive reporting

Ability to quickly analyze and learn new technologies
