Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional team of analytics engineers, data scientists, and BI developers to deliver production-grade analytics and customer-facing applications

Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines and model infrastructure using Snowflake and Python, powering Seek’s analytics app marketplace

Define and enforce standards for modeling, version control, deployment, and governance to ensure modular, reusable, and maintainable analytics products

Collaborate with data providers to interpret raw datasets, identify high-value features, and create analytics apps that drive customer success across industries

Ensure high performance and reliability for all analytics products, from large Snowflake workloads to real-time prediction endpoints

Deliver internal reporting infrastructure that provides automated metrics, instrumentation, and dashboards to guide product and business decisions

Partner with product and engineering leadership to align analytics, provider workflows, and embedded delivery pipelines into a cohesive platform strategy

Champion AI/ML advancements, evaluating and integrating technologies like Snowflake Cortex and LLM-based APIs to enhance Seek’s platform capabilities

Required

8+ years of experience in data infrastructure, applied analytics, or ML systems, including 4+ years in technical leadership roles

Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, SQL, and Python

Proficiency with distributed compute engines (e.g., Spark)

Experience architecting DAG-based pipelines and parallel workflows

Proven track record of delivering customer-facing analytics products, not just internal dashboards, with an emphasis on scalability, version control, and lifecycle ownership

Deep understanding of analytics architecture in multi-tenant SaaS environments, including security, scalability, observability, and governance

Experience leading collaboration across data, product, engineering, and external partners to deliver complex analytics solutions

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field
