TACT is looking to expand its team to provide ABA services to students in local school districts. The School Support Behavior Technician will provide 1:1 direct care to students, implementing behavior analytic therapy and interacting with stakeholders in a professional manner.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Working with students of varying age and backgrounds (e.g., autism, etc.)
Direct implementation of behavior analytic therapy (e.g., Behavior Plan implementation, data collection, implementation of skill acquisition programs, etc.) under the direction of a BCBA and classroom teacher
Interaction with all stakeholders in a professional and dignified manner
Accurate reporting of such duties on your timesheet

Required

High School Diploma/GED
experience working with children
ability to bend at the waist
ability to lift at least 50 pounds
ability to implement company related safety care procedures (e.g., restraints, protective movements, etc.)
