Responsibilities

In office hands and feet support 5 days a week
Knowledge of Microsoft and Apple laptop operating systems
Strong knowledge of device builds and deployment functions
Capable with software installation configuration and troubleshooting Knowledge of Bitlocker encryption
Network VPN connectivity
Voice support
Hardware support Apple Dell HP and Lenovo
Equipment delivery and setup deskside support
Strong customer service and communication skills
Familiar with ITSM Ticketing tools like SummitAI and ServiceNow
Familiar with asset management practices
Familiar with software delivery toolsets Intune or SCCM
Familiar peripheral delivery and set up Headsets Monitors Printers
Must have strong written and oral communication skills
Insurance Domain Knowledge
Strong ability to work with client stakeholders
