Responsibilities

Conduct meaningful digital and traditional interactions with alumni, parents and friends
Reach out in an effort to engage donors to donate, verify their information, and share institutional updates
Demonstrate a strong command of English (both verbal and written)
Complete new hire and compliance training
Be able to follow a script when reaching out to prospects
Complete a set number of work shifts each week/month
Contact prospects using a variety of RNL platforms - text, video, or phone
Conduct themselves as a professional representative of our partner school
Accurately enter data into a computer system
Meet or exceed goals as outlined by the Engagement Center Manager

Required
