Assembly Associate I
Advanced Input Systems is seeking an Assembly Associate I to perform basic electro-mechanical assembly tasks under direct supervision. This role is ideal for individuals starting their manufacturing career, where they will learn foundational assembly techniques and support production activities.

Responsibilities
Assemble simple components using hand tools, fixtures, and basic equipment
Follow work instructions, visual aids, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks on assembled parts
Assist in preparing parts, materials, and workstations for daily operations
Work collaboratively with team members and respond to feedback and coaching
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with lean/5S practices
Participate in training sessions and skill development activities
Meet assigned production goals and report any issues to the lead or supervisor
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Basic understanding of hand tools and mechanical concepts
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
High school diploma or GED required
No prior experience necessary – training provided
Preferred
Previous experience in a production or team-based environment is a plus
