The role involves conducting meaningful interactions with alumni, parents, and friends to engage donors, verify their information, and share institutional updates.

Responsibilities
Conduct meaningful digital and traditional interactions with alumni, parents, and friends as Engagement Ambassadors
Reach out to engage donors to donate, verify their information, and share institutional updates about UB
Demonstrate a strong command of English (both verbal and written)
Complete new hire and compliance training
Follow a script when reaching out to prospects
Complete a set number of work shifts each week/month
Contact prospects using a variety of RNL platforms - text, video, or phone
Conduct themselves as a professional representative of our partner school
Accurately enter data into a computer system
Meet or exceed goals as outlined by the Engagement Center Manager
Qualification
Required
Demonstrate a strong command of English (both verbal and written)
