Responsibilities
Serve as the on-site project manager for a large, complex task order supporting a federal customer
Support the Program Manager in coordinating and communicating with the Government KO, COR, and task order-level managers
Manage task order performance, ensuring deliverables, milestones, and schedules are met in accordance with contract terms
Lead technical and administrative project teams, ensuring effective task execution, issue resolution, and quality assurance
Provide performance, risk, and resource management oversight, including staffing, budgeting, and reporting
Track project progress, prepare status updates, and provide accurate and timely reporting to internal and government stakeholders
Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and mission success
Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five (5) years of project management or other relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in the IT and/or consulting fields
Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in the public and/or private sector, preferably in IT, consulting, or program management environments
Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in a related field. In lieu of a degree, four (4) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted
Project Management certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent nationally recognized credential
Experience managing large, multi-disciplinary project teams under federal contracts
Must be able to effectively communicate with client and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Other - IT-II Critical Sensitive security clearance - with the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance
This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens
