Required

Prior experience in Defense Capture related to Missile or Weapons Systems

Prior experience working with US Navy program offices / customers. Deep understanding of US Navy customer community, requirements process, and operational needs

Experience with missile systems across Naval Aviation domain, across a variety of roles and missions

Ability to interface with a wide range of U.S. Department of Defense and international customers

Experience with government business development, government contract structures, government proposal processes

Comfortable with personally setting and achieving goals in a complex environment

Prior experience working with technical partners / engineering teams

Comfortable with working in limited resource environments

Ability to travel 50% – 75% required

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance

Preferred

experience in the defense industry, or U.S. DOD, specifically in the missiles or weapons capability area

STEM background

Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance
