The Electrical System Test & Integration Engineer will work closely with avionics, system, and software engineers to create test systems for development, qualification, verification, and validation purposes.

Responsibilities

Create test systems to support all phases of product development

Build up and test of avionics system components through lab, ground, and flight tests

Manage concurrent involvement in multiple projects at various stages

Participate in design reviews and provide input to identify issues and drive design choices

Conduct root cause analysis in support of vehicle integration and field operations

Required

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent

3+ years hands on experience in using LabVIEW and NI hardware (e.g., PXI, cDAQ, cRIO)

3+ years design experience with NX CAD software for 3D modeling and drafting

Proficient in designing electrical harnessing for rugged commercial, industrial, aerospace, or military applications

Familiarity with common electrical bus interfaces (CAN, Ethernet, RS422, RS232, MIL-STD-1553)

Must possess excellent communication skills

Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Preferred

Experienced and familiar with aircraft avionics module vendors and avionics component suppliers in UAS programs
