Responsibilities
Extensive understanding of the Oracle HCM applications including tables, integrations, reports and fast formulas
Translate business requirements into CEMLI deliverables
Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle HCM ERP/ Cloud Fusion projects
Develop Security and Validation Strategies & Plans for Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud Fusion projects
Assist our clients in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and developing test scripts for Oracle HCM ERP/Cloud Fusion projects
Experience of Migrating data for Projects from legacy systems of the clients
Hands-on experience with Fusion Release 13
Prior experience leading HCM implementations & Managed Services engagements
Qualification
Required

Experience of 5+ years with Cloud HCM. Modules: Payroll, Core HR, Absence, Benefits and OTL
Oracle Cloud experience is a must
3 to 4 years of Fusion Cloud Implementation experience
Experience working in onsite/offshore model with experience in working independently / collaborate with the team to meet tight deadlines
Sound understanding and exposure in designing strategy for Data Migration/Conversion, Integration Architecture and Proof of Concepts
Good understanding of HCM Business Processes
Strong expertise in relevant tools/technologies
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL
Experience in HDL, Fast-formulas, Extracts and BI Reports
Experience with ticketing systems such as Service Now, JIRA, etc
Working with end customer. Reviewing incidents/enhancements and providing solutions for POSTPRODUCTION issues
Experience working with Oracle Support logging Service Request (SR) and Production issues
Experience in post-production instance maintenance
Review Quarterly Cloud Releases and performing impact analysis
Preferred
Experience with Infolets, Dashboards along with BIP is preferred
Knowledge and/or Experience in OIC and VBCS preferred
