Responsibilities
Source, recruit, and place qualified locum tenens physicians, advanced practitioners, and allied professionals
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from prospecting and screening to offer negotiation and placement
Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and healthcare clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and compliance processes
Meet or exceed performance goals and drive consistent business growth
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience, preferably in Locum Tenens or Advanced Practice placements
Strong understanding of healthcare staffing operations, compliance, and credentialing
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement and revenue goals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and entrepreneurial mindset — a true go-getter
Preferred
Experience in Allied or Nursing recruitment is a plus
