HRIT Production Support Lead

Responsibilities
Set strategy to drive continuous improvement, increase operational performance and mitigate risk
Drive key initiatives in the areas of employee experience, quality, cost, and service through continuous improvement; ensure consistency and standardization
Manage HR technology related risks in partnership with the IT and Risk Management teams. Ensure compliance with all corporate and regulatory requirements
Drive service improvement to our application user community by continually improving standards – SLA’s, governance, communications across the department
Drive adoption of technologies and best practices to improve and streamline operations
Support Strategic Initiatives, Projects, and Transformation activities
Build and maintain constructive working relationships with Business Units, IT teams, audit and support services
Manage ongoing internal and vendor relationships, ensuring SLAs are met and system updates are effectively managed
Work closely with the Application Development team for the HRIT enhancement roadmap
Act as the backup resource for the Application Development lead
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a similar role with understanding of HR information systems, related processes, services solutions, and in-depth expertise in HR information system technologies
Experience in Workday and Cornerstone would be preferable
Strong leadership in working with offshore Managed Service provider(s) to ensure required level of service is obtained for application production support and enhancement activities
Ability to blend previous experiences and make data-driven, fact-based decisions relevant to the current situation and business needs
Ability to work at the strategic level and then translate those ideas into tactical actions
Ability to influence, create trust and build consensus at all levels of the organization
Track record in being an HR application owner and meeting SOX, Data Privacy and other regulatory and compliance policies
A proven track record of success and experience leading organizations, establishing and achieving KPIs across all operations' activities, managing key processes and implementing best practices
15+ years of experience working with high-profile complex projects, managing onshore and offshore resources
15+ years of functional and technical expertise of Core HCM, Global Payroll, Benefits, Time and Absence, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning and Development
Ability to work in a dynamic, constantly evolving and often-times ambiguous environment
Strong communication skills, written and oral, expert use of MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Project
Excellent analytical skill, ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several priorities
Prior project management experience desire, ideally holding a project management qualification
Proven and demonstrated record of success in the development and progression of employees
Proactive team player, self-learner, collaborative mindset
Bachelor's or graduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline
