Responsibilities
Uphold and implement equipment safety standards and regulations. Conduct risk assessments and develop safety procedures to mitigate potential hazards
Oversee all upkeep and preventative maintenance for assigned equipment. Diagnose malfunctions, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to maximize uptime
Manage the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring proper setup, calibration, and integration. You will also identify, design, and implement modifications to improve the safety, quality, or efficiency of existing systems
Oversee projects related to equipment upgrades, expansions, or replacements, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Author and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical reports, preventive maintenance plans, and other critical documentation
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
3-5+ years of direct, hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment, including maintenance, installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement projects
Proficiency in 3D modeling software and experience with equipment monitoring, data collection, and analysis
A data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of key manufacturing metrics (e.g., uptime, MTBF, MTTR, yield) and a passion for improving them
Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
