Land Development Project Manager
LaSalle Network is a fast-growing, employee-owned civil engineering and surveying firm that’s redefining how communities are planned, built, and connected. They are seeking a driven Project Manager to lead complex site development projects and help shape the next generation of infrastructure across the Midwest.
Responsibilities
Oversee civil site projects from concept through construction, ensuring designs are efficient, compliant, and client-focused
Lead multidisciplinary project teams—coaching, mentoring, and empowering engineers and designers to deliver excellence
Manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget execution with exceptional quality
Build and expand long-term client relationships, contributing to business development and market growth
Represent the firm in client meetings, industry events, and public forums, serving as a visible ambassador for our growing brand
Support team expansion through hiring, onboarding, and training as the business scales
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license required (Michigan preferred)
5+ years of land development experience; 10+ years a strong plus
Proven success managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder site development projects
Strong leadership presence and communication skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and results
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth
