The Licensed Real Estate Showing Assistant will undergo comprehensive training, engage in coaching, and manage business operations while generating leads to support sales agents and clients.

Responsibilities
Complete 8 week training course to get your business up and running (within first 90 days on team)
Attennd ongoing virtual trainings to grow your real estate business and generate leads
Participate in weekly script practice and team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly training calls, and weekly in-person team meeting
Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
Provide detailed, written feedback following client appointments
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
Track tasks and activities in Place Technology
Qualification
Required
Real estate license required but we'd also love to chat with you if you are studying for your exam!
Ability to spend a large amount of time driving your own vehicle
Ambitious and able to prioritize tasks
Straight forward, open and honest communicator
Desire to kickstart your real estate business
