Responsibilities

Build products utilizing Python, FastAPI, GraphQL, and Typescript

Work directly with Autonomous Agents, LLMs and ML models to drive innovation, staying current on the latest techniques in prompting, agents, and LLM evaluation

Partner cross-functionally with product managers, designers, stakeholders, and other engineering teams to ensure that we build the right things the right way

Plan and organize projects, decompose problems, design technical solutions, and work with other talented engineers to implement, test, and evaluate your team’s work

Required

5+ years of professional experience, preferably in full stack engineering roles

Proficiency in Python and comfort with additional languages such as Javascript/Typescript

Experience with frameworks like FastAPI and working knowledge of SQL (e.g., Postgres)

Relevant experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including 1+ years working on AI-powered systems or products and hands-on experience deploying Generative AI technologies (Agents, RAG, vector databases, etc.) to production

A friendly, flexible, and pragmatic disposition

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and in a highly cross-functional team environment
