They are seeking a talented Civil CAD Designer to join their Land Development team to deliver high-quality, innovative site design projects across various markets.

Responsibilities

Create and refine detailed construction drawings for a wide range of land development projects using AutoCAD
Assist with design calculations, quantity take-offs, and plan preparation, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to standards
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver coordinated, high-quality site plans on schedule
Support multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines in a growing, dynamic team
Conduct occasional site visits to verify field conditions and design intent

Qualification

AutoCADCivil 3DCivil CAD designMicrosoft OfficeAttention to detail

Required

5–10 years of experience in civil CAD design, ideally within land development or site design
Proficiency in AutoCAD (required); experience with Civil 3D strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation accuracy
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams
High school diploma or GED required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Preferred

Experience with Civil 3D strongly preferred
Associate degree or higher in a related field preferred
