Responsibilities
Own and drive the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for site- and sponsor-facing solutions, ensuring alignment with Verily’s research portfolio, platform strategy, and enterprise priorities
Lead exploration and strategic validation of a Verily “Trial Marketplace” to transform how sponsors discover, qualify, and collaborate with research sites
Architect and prioritize deep integrations between Verily’s Site CTMS and the broader clinical research ecosystem to unlock operational excellence and superior user experiences
Translate complex stakeholder, operational, and market needs into high-impact product capabilities that influence Verily’s platform architecture and external partnerships
Partner with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, UX, and Clinical to drive cross-functional execution, define success metrics, and steer continuous innovation and long-term business impact
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
8+ years of product management experience, including leadership of complex, data-centric, or enterprise platform products
Deep domain knowledge in clinical research, trial design, or healthcare operations, with familiarity with CTMS, EHR, EDC, and eConsent systems
Experience defining product strategies and overseeing execution of complex technology platform integrations, ideally in healthcare or life sciences
Strong experience collaborating with engineering teams in Agile environments and translating complex requirements into clear product specifications
Preferred
Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree
Significant experience building products or solutions for clinical research sponsors or sites
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing startup environments
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for influencing diverse stakeholders
Proven experience with data-driven decision-making and platform strategy in healthcare or life sciences contexts
