Responsibilities
Own the project accounting process within specified timelines
Create and update project schedules
Track and manage incoming documents from vendors, clients, field service
Keep detailed project notes from meetings
Liaise with clients and vendors to identify changing job conditions
Oversee project procurement management
Communicate daily with Project Manager(s) for specific needs to eradicate obstacles
Ensure QA/QC procedures are adhered to
Prepare billing packages in accordance with customer P.O. instructions
Keep all stakeholders up to date with appropriate project information
Organize meetings, conference calls, on-line video calls
Research vendors and outside resources
Research local code requirements, schedule inspections
Provide cost saving ideas
Operate company or personal vehicle as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree from a fully accredited college in Business or other closely related field
Minimum of two years of directly related experience
Equivalent combination of education and work experience
Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license with an acceptable driving record
Have access to reliable transportation
