Responsibilities
Join a team of Design, Product, QA, and other engineering members in developing robust and scalable full-stack software applications
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java/Kotlin, adhering to best practices and coding standards
Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Leverage cutting edge AI tools to enhance your development workflow, improve velocity, and help pioneer new approaches to building - contributing to a culture of innovation and productivity across the team
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical meetings to ensure the quality and reliability of the software
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of technical leadership and collaboration on complex projects
Significant professional experience (typically 8+ years) in Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented languages
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and data structures
Proficiency in modern software development tools and practices, including version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies
Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proficient with modern web standards and technologies (e.g. REST, GraphQL)
A bias towards action, with the ability to balance between getting things done and making things perfect
Ability to work core EST working hours
Preferred
Experience in an early stage technology startup
Experience building products from scratch is a huge plus!
Experience building 3rd party integrations
Experience in Ads Tech (working with Google Ads APIs, Meta APIs and/or TikTok APIs) is string plus
