Senior Social Media Manager
MRI Software is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to enhance their global social media presence and thought leadership. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies, overseeing content production, and optimizing performance through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a global social media strategy aligned with business goals, brand voice/awareness, and marketing campaigns
Lead social media engagement across the globe and develop best practices, guidelines, and toolkits to support regional marketing teams
Oversee measurement and reporting for MRI’s global social media efforts, using insights to optimize performance
Drive program refinement by applying data-driven recommendations to content, strategy, and channel usage
Organize and lead global social media engagement council, enabling collaboration and consistency across regions
Evaluate emerging platforms, tools, and vendor relationships to ensure global readiness
Lead global-level reputation management across social channels
Creation of engaging, on-brand content (copy, video, graphics) optimized for each platform and author
Manage detailed content/posting calendar
Develop, produce and post social media content on LinkedIn and various channels
Experiment with pilot programs and A/B testing on posts and content
Partner with PR, content, and digital teams to amplify key initiatives and product launches
Manage and grow global social media communities, fostering engagement with clients, partners, and industry influencers
Monitor brand mentions and industry trends, responding to opportunities to position the company as a thought leader
Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, share of voice) and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
Use data to refine strategies, optimize content, and demonstrate ROI
Track social and digital trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
5+ years of experience managing corporate social media for a global B2B or technology organization
Deep understanding of LinkedIn and other professional platforms as B2B marketing tools
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Proven experience using social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr)
Proven ability to create video and graphics (Canva) and to create engaging content
Analytical mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics for actionable insight
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment
Strong communication and project management skills, with experience leading global or cross-regional initiatives
