Responsibilities
Engage warm inbound and outbound homeowners by phone
Build rapport and identify customer needs using proven scripts
Educate customers on premium, recession-proof home solutions: Stone-Coated Metal Roofing, Fiberglass Roofing, Insulated Siding & Xtreme-Weather Windows
Schedule qualified appointments for our outside sales pros
Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow up with interested leads
Participate in professional development and team coaching sessions
Qualification
Required

Excellent communication and listening skills

Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
