Responsibilities
Assist in project-related activities specific to the assigned department
Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting for ongoing projects
Participate in department meetings and provide input on solutions to improve processes
Collaborate with team members to assist in the completion of departmental objectives
Assist in creating and updating documentation, signage, and reports
Conduct research and provide recommendations to improve efficiency or solve problems
Provide administrative support as needed, including sorting and organizing files or materials
Comply with Mini-Circuits policies, procedures, and processes applicable to the specific role, department, and organization
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent
Must be enrolled in an accredited institution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to be on-site 5 days/week for duration of internship
Specific skill set may be required depending on the intern discipline applied for
Comply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment
Ability and willingness to abide by Company's Code of Conduct
