Sales Account Manager (Aircraft Parts)
Team JAS is a leading aerospace company specializing in support for the Twin Otter aircraft. They are seeking a driven Sales Account Manager to manage customer relationships and drive revenue growth through effective communication and sales strategies in the aircraft parts market.

Responsibilities
Ensure industry-leading service and support to our customers
Correspond with customers via email, phone, ILS, Aeroxchange, and Parts base for requests for price, availability, and lead time for the sale of parts and repairs
Continuously develop and grow customer relationships at all levels
Ensure Team JAS ERP System (Quantum Control) integrity and accuracy
Utilize company business system (Quantum Control) and portal data to identify and document customer needs and maintain continuous communication regarding open part orders, SPECS, and part availability
Gather information regarding airline fleets and possible changes to the fleets
Broker parts for customers, as needed
Communicate new product and service opportunities, noteworthy developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company personnel
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients, including spare packages
Identify and contact sales prospects, and other accounts as assigned
Follow up on existing customers to maintain customer satisfaction
Create and manage sales orders until the order is fulfilled
Deliver work accurately and on time to customer expectations
Assist accounting with the collection of outstanding invoices
Qualification
Required
Aerospace Industry Expertise: Familiarity with aircraft components, systems, and industry terminology, especially related to commercial and regional aircraft
Experience Selling in the Aviation Aftermarket: Proven ability to sell spare parts and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) services effectively
Experience with CRM and ERP Systems: Working knowledge of Quantum Control or similar platforms for managing customer accounts and sales processes
Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in managing quotes, contracts, and customer records
Experience: 3-5 years of proven success in sales, particularly in the aviation industry
Customer-focused: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify customer needs and align them with product and service offerings
Collaboration: Team-oriented mindset to work effectively with internal departments like purchasing, repair, and logistics
Analytical Skills: Capable of assessing customer inquiries and finding efficient, cost-effective solutions
Professionalism: Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and a commitment to high standards
Self-Motivation: Driven to meet and exceed sales targets with minimal supervision
Curiosity and Initiative: Actively seeks to expand knowledge of the aviation industry and customer base
Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time to meet client and business needs
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals, metrics, and measurements
Strong aviation knowledge
Must have a sales (hunter) mentality
