Responsibilities

Oversee the entire HR value chain — from talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, engagement, compensation, and compliance, to culture and leadership development

Partner with executives and department heads to ensure every new hire and process aligns with a high-performance, innovation-driven culture

Strong network and relationships with specialist talent in quantitative trading, technology, data science, and digital finance

Confident, proactive communicator able to influence at all levels

Comfortable working in a dynamic, distributed (remote + hybrid) team environment
