The Associate Attorney will handle foreclosure matters and utilize legal knowledge to facilitate the foreclosure process on behalf of clients.

Responsibilities
Preparation, review, and approval of foreclosure related pleadings
Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters including contested foreclosures
Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, in-person hearings
Regular client meetings/updates
Other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctorate
Member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar
Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload
Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. Effectively communicates with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone)
Provides exceptional client service
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance
Analytical and detail oriented, while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
