New Grad, Entry LevelFox Point Recruitment LLC is seeking an Associate Attorney to manage foreclosure matters for the firm. This role involves guiding the foreclosure process on behalf of clients while ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure-related pleadings
Manage all aspects of foreclosure cases, including contested matters
Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and hearings (telephonic and in-person)
Conduct regular meetings and provide updates to clients
Review chains of title and ensure accuracy
Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Active member in good standing with the Michigan Bar Association
Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client interaction (via client systems, email, and phone)
Exceptional client service and relationship management skills
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and timely decision-making
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking capabilities
