Responsibilities
Monitors and evaluates individual and team performance, delivering regular updates to the Sr Director of Mortgage Operations concerning overall process efficiency, productivity, and achievement of objectives
Supports the development and communication of operational goals for the processing team, ensuring alignment with the business objectives of the Mortgage Team
Monitors and evaluates the processing team KPI’s in accordance with the overall Mortgage Team goals and objectives
Provides support in recommending and implementing innovative methods, procedures, and operating systems to enhance operational efficiency
Ensures adherence to both state and federal regulations, establishes quality control procedures, and stays current with guidelines for loan products
Oversees the workflow by monitoring loan file progress, assigning tasks based on team capacity, and ensuring timely distribution to the processing team
Collaborates with the Learning and Development team and other departmental managers to support onboarding initiatives for new employee training
Addresses customer concerns and consistently upholds exemplary service standards during all stages of the loan process
Maintains current knowledge of emerging technologies and advancements within the mortgage industry and attends training sessions as required to ensure continued professional development
Fosters a positive work environment and supports professional growth through commitment to the company’s purpose, mission and core values
