Responsibilities

Direct the daily maintenance operations for exterior and interior of the physical facility for the hotel

Ensure the upkeep of all guest and service areas and maintain them in proper working order and appearance

Maintain all standards, guidelines and required compliance with regulations

Provide quality customer service while assuring clean, safe and well maintained front and back of house areas

Required

Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the capacity of Chief Engineer of a full-service hotel or multiple properties
