Responsibilities
Review and process court documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal procedures
Assist attorneys, the public, and court personnel by explaining filing procedures and providing case-related information
Prepare, file, and distribute orders, notices, and other documents required to schedule and manage hearings
Verify legal documents for conformance with court rules and, as authorized, sign for the judge on certain matters
Qualification
Required
Must be a high school graduate or have a certificate of successful completion of the General Educational Development (GED) Test
Have had at least three (3) years of full-time work experience in the Circuit or Probate Court
