Responsibilities

Negotiate and manage counterparty trading documentation, including ISDA and CSAs, Prime Brokerage, Term Financing (Lockups), Repo, Security Lending, Futures, Cleared Derivatives and other relevant trading agreements

Ensure all trade documentation complies with regulatory requirements and internal and client policies

Coordinate with trading counterparties to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and understand requirements to ensure that documentation accurately reflects the agreed-upon terms

Provide expert advice on documentation-related issues and contribute to the development of documentation templates

Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness

Manage projects related to trade documentation, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals

Serve as the primary point of contact for trading counterparties, managing and developing these key relationships

In time, participate in client presentations and meetings as a counterparty trade documentation expert
