Responsibilities
Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform
Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective solutions
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using ServiceNow best practices and coding standards
Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools used by Federal Government clients
Optimize application performance and scalability
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members
Stay current with ServiceNow updates, patches, and new features
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, such as JavaScript and AngularJS
Experience with ServiceNow APIs, integrations, and web services
Knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices, such as ITIL
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and Jira
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
ServiceNow Certified Integration Specialist Certification
Experience working with Federal Government clients and understanding of their requirements
Knowledge of GRC, HR, and CSM ServiceNow applications
