The Lead Mechanical Engineer will join the New Construction team to support design-build projects and work with owners and architects, focusing on commercial, life science, and industrial projects.

Responsibilities
Support internal design-build project teams delivering new ground-up projects and larger tenant improvement projects within existing buildings
Work directly with owners and architects on non-design-build projects
Flex across multiple markets and take on new challenges
Qualification
Required
Eight (8) years of experience in a related field
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline required or equivalent work experience required. Onsite construction experience considered and welcome
Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
Preferred
Energy modeling experience preferred
Five (5) years of experience in 2D/3D Auto CAD and/ or Revit preferred. Knowledge of other CAD/BIM tools welcome
Familiarity with MATLAB, VBA, Python, InDesign, IES-VE, and/or other software tools welcome
Engineering in Training Certificate preferred
LEED accreditation preferred
