Build relationships with builder partner and visit communities regularly
Participate in weekly pipeline status meetings
Interview customers to determine financial needs and advise on products, terms, and pricing
Navigate borrowers through mortgage process
Help gather required information through clear and timely communication
Maintain high loan quality standards and comply with industry regulations
Meet sales goals and objectives
Qualification
Required
3-5 years residential mortgage industry experience, preferably supporting a builder relationship
FL Mortgage Loan Originator license required
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with builder and customers
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences
Proficient in product guidelines for Conventional, FHA, and VA loans
Strong technology skills, encompass experience is a plus
Must be located in or within a commutable distance to Fort Myers FL
Preferred
Fluency in both English and Spanish
